WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 pieces garlic teriyaki smoked salmon from Whole Foods
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 sprigs green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1/8 cup peanuts, toasted
4 dates, diced
1 lime
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1 // chop + slice your veggies to prep them, toast peanuts in a pan for a couple minutes until slightly fragrant
2 // combine veggies + peanuts in a bowl with a squeeze of lime + a drizzle of red wine vinegar + sesame oil
3 // serve with the smoked salmon
