WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3 slices organic sprouted bread
3 heaping tbsp almond butter (one per toast)
1 banana
3 tbsp chopped pecans
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp ground flax + chia
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1 // toast bread, slice banana + take out remaining ingredients
2 // spread almond butter on to toast + top each toast w/ banana slices, pecans, coconut flakes + ground flax + chia mix
