I have been handling the medical issues of my love, and it has kept me pretty busy. He has declined a bit, and is now nearly nonmobile.
It takes a lot, but I love him and he is worth it.
Work has slowed down, which is difficult to handle. I truly love what I do, and look forward to work every day. When it slows down, I feel it more than anything. The team does. And I care about my team, a lot.
Things have been different, and some days I wonder how I will make it through, but I also remember, I have made it through all of this so far, and I will make it through today, tomorrow, and the next day.
I hope everyone gets moments to enjoy the summer, their family, and their work. Remember, some days all we have are the memories we can make. Cherish them. They do last a lifetime.
