With a Clicker Commercial Printing Licence, you gain the right to sell 3D prints made from ClickKey designs.
You must remain subscribed every month to this membership in order to keep selling our prints. The Clicker Commercial Printing Licence is a regular monthly fee.
Reselling the 3D model digital files or any derivative works is prohibited.
This licence is solely for 3D prints and excludes any form of casting, plastic molding, or mass-market production without prior written approval from Licensor.
You shall specify in your product listings that the model is a licensed design by ClickKey. This includes both physical and online stores.
You may not modify the geometry of the 3D models without obtaining explicit permission from ClickKey, except for adjusting the scale of the items. You are free to choose the materials and colors used to produce the 3D prints.
You are free to use the original photos and model descriptions. However, it is recommended to take your own pictures. Customers like to see the actual product/color they are purchasing.
The seller of a 3D print is strictly liable for any harm caused by the product. The seller must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the product is safe for its intended use. This includes ensuring that all parts are sufficiently adhered in place as these could pose a hazard to young children.
You may not use prints in any crowdfunding campaigns without explicit permission.
The offerings and content are provided to you on an "as is" and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This licence is personal, non‑exclusive, and non‑transferable. You may not assign, sell, sublicence, lease, or otherwise transfer this license to any third party without the prior written consent of ClickKey. By enrolling in a membership, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of the outlined terms.
ClickKey owns all rights to the digital files being licenced.
