Here are the principles I'm following:
Fast delivery of value: Prioritizing the fast delivery of value to customers or stakeholders, with short and incremental iterations to obtain quick feedback and enable agile adjustments during the process.
Fast and efficient communication: Conducting daily and fast communication, similar to conventional daily stand-ups, and establishing additional checkpoints called Quick Check, to identify and resolve obstacles in an agile and efficient manner.
Elimination of repetitive work: Continuously seeking automation, simplification, and elimination of repetitive work, reducing waste and improving process efficiency.
Flexibility and adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes and uncertainties, allowing for quick adjustments in direction and priorities based on feedback and customer or project needs.
In addition, I have the following core values:
Speed and agility: Valuing speed and agility in deliveries, focusing on obtaining tangible results and feedback for continuous improvement.
Clear and frequent communication: Valuing clear, open, and frequent communication among team members, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Waste elimination: Valuing the identification and elimination of waste and repetitive work in the process, aiming for efficiency and optimization.
Continuous learning: Valuing a culture of continuous learning, encouraging experimentation, reflection, and constant improvement at all levels of the process.
