À propos Clara-Julia Peru
Hello, I'm Clara-Julia.
I'm a poet, analog photographer, collage artist, French educator, and nature-based grief guide living in Oregon.
Through photography, poetry, art, and seasonal workshops, I explore the relationships between memory, grief, creativity, and the living world. Much of my work is inspired by the forests, rivers, coastlines, and changing seasons of the Pacific Northwest.
After the sudden loss of my husband Charlie in 2021, creative practice became a way of remaining in conversation with life. Since then, I have dedicated myself to creating spaces where art, nature, and storytelling can help us slow down, reconnect, and make meaning of our experiences.
If my photographs, poems, workshops, or reflections have brought you inspiration, comfort, beauty, or curiosity, you can support my work here.
Every contribution helps sustain future projects, community workshops, creative resources, and the quiet time needed to make art.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
With gratitude,
