How often do you say negative things to yourself? I’m guessing everyday and multiple time a day. Most of us do.
Mindfully Journaling was created as a reminder to return to the present moment and be mindful of thoughts and feelings. Our minds are working to protect us 24/7. It is constantly thinking and creating thoughts and pulling memories to relate to current events. Most of the time we get caught up in this thinking pattern and that is how anxiety and depression are created.
Mindfully Journaling is my way of sharing my process with all of you. And here is why there are levels. Some of us can exercise at home consistently for free. Some of us need the commitment of the gym to exercise consistently, small price to pay. And some of us need the support and encouragement of a personal trainer, higher cost but totally worth it, if you have the money to spend.
