About Carb Counting Mama
Hi, I'm Leah. I am a mom of a child who has type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed in 2012. In 2015, I decided to start writing about our life with T1D. I am passionate about sharing stories, tips, and resources about life with type 1 diabetes. I love connecting with others in the T1D community! I hope you find my content to be a positive, helpful addition to your T1D journey.
