In mining, nothing is ever simple. There are very few examples of things being fixed, costs fixed, rates being constant etc.
When developing a game, especially a simulator, it is often difficult to represent that but also trying to keep it balanced and not too technical.
IN the latest update I have worked on my load and haul increase, the deeper you go into a mine.
The Youtube Video below, takes a quick look into that process.
There are still many such examples that will be implemented in future.
