Hey there,
I’m Meri, the voice behind Byrne Alive, Smuggled Sparks, and a few stubborn dreams that refuse to die quietly.
If you’ve found your way here, you’ve probably read something I wrote: maybe a poem, an essay, or a tiny rebellion disguised as a thought. First, thank you. The fact that anyone reads, feels, or shares these words still humbles me.
For me, this space is about keeping the lights on while I build something that matters: a body of work that helps people (especially the neurodivergent, the tired, the authentic) remember that they’re not broken.
Every cup of coffee here fuels time to write, teach, and create the kinds of resources I wish had existed when I was younger, when I was still trying to earn my right to exist by being useful, pretty, or unbreakable.
I’m learning a new way to live. To build slow, honest fire instead of burning out.
If you’re here, maybe you are too.
So, in advance, thank you for your kindness, your clicks, your cups, and your company.
Every bit of support helps me keep walking this strange, luminous road toward freedom, truth, and art that feels like finally breathing.
💛
— Meri
