Conversations With Death: Wishful Thinking

There are many different types of coping mechanisms to make life a little bit more bearable. Many end up with self-sabotaging ones (seen or unseen) because they are the easiest to do. But it takes time, effort, and an insane amount of courage to practice self-compassion. It's very difficult to learn and to maintain but man, how others also make it insanely difficult to do.

The reality is you really must not expect anything from anyone, let alone ask them even a little bit more than the bare minimum. But if only the world was just a little --just really a little --bit more kind. Maybe many more would still be able to sleep through the long night and see another morning.

A wishful thinking for everybody who are fighting againts triggers and battling alone through long nights. And remembering those who will never see another morning.
