It's the Basemental Drug Mod, and I make videos on YouTube on how to use it. There's also tutorials on the site to learn how to use the mod. There's a ton of settings you can play with, and they do pretty good keeping the mod up to date. I haven't experienced any problems so far when it comes to this mod interfering with other mods.
