I saw a house. I want to buy it. π I'm currently renting.
I know I can buy it.
The owner is asking for cash only -no banks.
He is asking 150K. I think is well worth the price because
its not only a house...it has freaking land! π
About 2.4 acres of flat beautiful fertile land.
This house is located in Puerto Rico, where I live.
Chances are you've probably heard of PR.
If is not that you (or your parents) were born here,
then you probably heard about the island because of a beauty contest,
a boxing match, hurricane Maria in 2017 or our music.
If this was not the case...π€then I would be really interested to know.

I do ask you to excuse us if at any time
you visited or island and people treated you inappropriately.
I'm glad your rental car had insurance so they can fix the tire you busted with
one of our historic potholes.
Anyways, I hope you come back at another time maybe on a cruiseship at Old San Juan and enjoy your stay.

Why am I writing this?..right I deviated -just a little.
I am writing because I want that freaking house I told you about;
This would be our first house; but if I were to acquire that
amount the traditional way...a loan...chances would be zero.
because...he clearly said 'no banks', he wants cash π.
I don't know yet the reason they are selling it -but if you
watch 'noticias' (Spanish for news) is NOT EASY...
as you may know you got to have a strong mind and Believe otherwise I don't
know how you could manage.
So back to the house purchase -unless a briefcase full of money falls from the sky...
It will take me more time than he could wait for me to get it.
Which would mean the chance of achieving the purchase would be none.
BUT...I know I can buy the house. -I just need Your help.
My family (wife + 2 kids) is sleeping as I write this. My wife shared the post with me
and went to bed and I thought...What If? Imagine!
I mean, just Imagine! I were able to get the money while they sleep.
Just think about that. π BAM!
..and here I am.
Updating my Buy My Coffee salivating with an idea that is worth not sleeping.
I just had this Wonderful Idea that if we can make this
microbial (I mean viral)π€ͺ We can split or smash the price into very significant small portions
and make it happen.
That way next time (or first time) You come to Puerto Rico, we can drink some
coffee or tea together and enjoy the outdoors.
I know this sounds crazy but if you think about it...It does makes sense.
I actually like how the word crazy sound...In the last Matrix movie
(Resurrection) a psychiatrist told Neo they don't use that word there...
Well, for me it is an interesting fact that if you split the word Cra-zy word in two.
The English pronunciation (to my Spanish as first language ears)
sounds like the word BELIEVE in Spanish (CREE) and the 2nd part the 'ZY' sounds like
SEE in English.
Even if you don't participate in the house buying...take this with you:
CRAZY >> BELIEVE (&) SEE. Let it sink...I know, I know is CRAZY!
The next time your Spanish friends ask you if you know any words in Spanish tell
them the first half of Crazy..and you will be saying "Believe" or "I Believed".
Back to the house! π Once again I believe We can do this.
