thank you to those who had supported raising funds for Billie's health. would like to provide an update. we decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion when we arrived in AR. Both vets; 1 holistic and 1 more traditional agreed surgery for Billie is not appropriate and not needed! instead, the lump scare was a false alarm and its just skin issue. We had a bit of stress around Billie's spine and she had another episode, like dejavue when returning to Canada. After careful attention and intervention, her condition improved and she is now doing really great! Currently, Billie is living with her Abuela and is located in Tulum, Mexico! What a lucky duck err, i mean DOG eh?! :)
