There are quite a few of you that are new to Building GI! Welcome! I'm glad you found it. This page is a dedicated to all the growth and development happening around Grand Island. This started as a hobby for me years ago. I found more and more people asking if I knew about this project or that project, so in 2024, I launched Building GI (@building_gi) over on Instagram. I posted all the building and construction news I could find. Over the last couple years I have refined my research and am glad it is continuing to grow!

I don't represent any one building entity and I don't represent the city, I am just a guy who wants to be "in the know"! Earlier this year I made my move here to Facebook and last week I launch my website for more detailed information on the projects happening at https://buildinggi.wordpress.com/

There are several ways you can support my work as a content creator. Like, comment and share my posts is the main way. If you know about an upcoming project, send me a message to let me know. I'll add it to my list of things to highlight. I do my best to get around town to get photos and spend my time researching projects.
