A ticket to a coffee roasting workshop at The Coffee Roaster, Alexandria.

You’ll learn:

• How coffee is roasted
• How to select coffee to roast
• How to roast your own coffee
• How to analyse your coffee’s roast level

You get to select from a wide range of single origins or if you’re experienced, make your own blend.

And you get take the coffee that you roasted home with you - a whole kilo* of it.

If you’re worried about what to do with a kilo of coffee - you can package them up as gifts, trade it with friends/ baristas, make tiramisu, cover in chocolate - the list goes on.

*minus a little bit please for us to cup together the next weekend (coffee should be rested at least 5 days after roast before brewing!)
