Slow down to breathe

this morning I Rose up and clean myself and ready for this big first day at Sheila Jam here at the amethyst retreat center. There is a small seven wrong labyrinth that I am currently taking time to do some Breath work inside of reflecting and giving things for all my supporters. I am greatly appreciative of how you show up by my life and my gratitude is due. Thank you all
