1. What Have I Learnt?

As this is my first post here, I'll keep it short and simple. What have I learnt in my (nearly) 9 years post brain attack? Well, our ability to make improvements is totally down to us. We have to take responsibility for that. So, our motivation is key to driving us on. And improvements can be very slow to see, so that level of motivation is even more crucial as it might be weeks or months of effort before we see the smallest of improvements.
