Aloha! We are "The Peek-a-Bows," an entertainment group and video series based in Maui, Hawai’i, created for young children and families that celebrates Hawaiian culture through music, dance, education and animation. Our episodes follow the adventures of three colorful sisters who slide down the rainbow from their rainbow home, Ke Ānuenue, to go on learning adventures with their friends in Hawaii, incorporating, animation, song and dance, and hands-on demonstrations. We hope to have a positive impact on the lives of children and families, helping keiki (Hawaiian for “young children”) build stronger foundations that last a lifetime.
Through our episodes and live performances, we celebrate Hawaiian culture, providing an opportunity for children to learn about traditions and history. We believe that this programming not only promotes cultural awareness and understanding but also fosters a sense of identity and belonging. By connecting with our community in this way, we hope to support a more inclusive and diverse society. We believe that by nurturing children's curiosity and appreciation for other cultures, we can encourage a greater sense of open-mindedness and respect for all people.
By sharing and preserving Hawaii's unique cultural heritage, we can help to enrich the lives of our communities and build a stronger, more vibrant future for Hawaii and the world.
You kind donation helps The Peek-a-Bows continue to create more music and content for young children and families. Mahalo🌈
