Some of you may wonder why I have been asking for help finding the body of Paramahamsa Nithyananda after standing up against him and the violence of the group around him. To me, it is the most normal thing to do from an ethical point of view. Don't we bring home everybody who dies abroad from soldiers to private persons independent of age and standing, money allowing?
He is dead since early February, and what is the right thing to do with a dead body buried in a mass grave in a far away country, which in his case is Afghanistan? It would be to request his body to be brought back to Tamil Nadu, the last rites be read or done for him, I am not familiar with the procedure, and people to say good bye in his house if they want to, and maybe dependent on the shape his body is in.
He was a very controversial man, and his cult or religious sect is also, but still, his body is not supposed to enlighten in a mass grave. He needs to be back in Tamil Nadu when he enlightens, ideally, so it is important to take swift action. He is still breathing. If you see him walking, do not be afraid anymore. Hindu saints know and even if they object to this sect, they would still bring him back immediately. There is a long tradition of enlightened masters.
