Twelve videos. That's all I've managed to post in roughly 2.5 months. Living with depression is not something I would wish on anyone. It's debilitating at times. Depression is bad enough when you're depressed for no reason, but when life throws everything - including the kitchen sink - at you, it's even harder to cope. Before anyone asks, yes, I do take medication. Depression and anxiety are something I've lived with my entire life.

Recently, it's caused me to be in such a funk that I can't seem to get anything done. I go to bed with the best intentions for the next day and when I don't manage to accomplish much, I get depressed all over again. It's a vicious cycle.

However, I've started taking better care of myself. I'm eating less junk and focusing on healthier choices. Am I eating a clean diet? No lol, but I'm not eating chocolate for breakfast so I consider that a win. Once I get this post written, I plan to do a brain dump and highly recommend you give it a try as well.
