past few days, organized/picked demos for next video and worked on hud more
theme + demo stuff
theme: "teamwork" – more incidental/not as co-ordinated since playing solo. definitely not as serious as competitive play, being much more deliberate/communicative than casual. it may not be the teamwork you hope for, but i want to try doing a more team-based video for this team-based game (team fortress 2). many various themes like this one i haven't made in video, will keep trying to figure out how to execute them and improve at process.
still some demos in a "maybe" folder to double check before committing to base cut and music choice. i prefer to keep the clips chronologically grouped relatively closely, makes (or feels) more sense especially in case of sequels to similarly themed videos (more contained/organized).
recorded demos yet to be cut up. even with chosen demos, some still don't make it to final cut
hud updating
some clips had ctf maps or spy, so updated hud. this will help save time for future videos that need those specific hud elements. will usually update the gamebanana link after videos or more major changes

unedited spy disguise panel (previously other textures/panels edited which this panel has dependencies upon)
texture editing with various image effects, changing from the giant outline disguise popup to small disguise indicator. rendered disguise kit in SFM beforehand. used team fortress classic for reference.
