looking around for some mods at gamebanana, came across the broken "Old Chargin' Targe model" again which had broken first person viewmodel and mismatching texture, this time i wanted to make fix since i could do it and that the shield looks nice with the team color.
was annoying since seems hard-coded to not use team colors since valve removed the original team colors, so i workaround by making back of shield the new orange color to be universal.
