Looking into each other's eyes I felt time freeze, such a strong force field of lust and passion. His beautiful blue eyes kept calling me in but at the same time his chiseled jawline screamed dominance and intimidation. I felt waves of so many mixed emotions but snapped myself back to reality when I heard his deep alpha male voice telling me to shut the door and come have a sit.
Xavier Jones POV
Working without a PA hasn't been so convenient for an extremely busy CEO like me, that is why I want to conduct this interview myself to ensure whoever's going to be taking this position sure has a good head on their shoulders. It's 9 o'clock and the first applicant just came in for his interview but he simply doesn't fit this role. Getting a little bit frustrated, I muttered to myself
'how difficult can the day get when it hasn't even started'
Few minutes later another applicant steps into my office and I must say, she looks pretty with a plump curvy body but nahhh I don't mix business with pleasure. Some other place and setting I could hit that booty, but right now I have to see if she's good for the position. I asked her few questions I planned out for the interview but her replies weren't satisfactory, so I bluntly told her she wasn't the right person for the job and JONES ENTERPRISE won't accept anything less than the best. I noticed how her face dropped and she looked so sad before walking out of my office. Saying to myself how this interview is turning into a chore and I can't wait to be done with it.
The third and final applicant walked in, a petite, beautiful lady with her nerd glasses on.
'Damn!! I wish I could take off that black leather skirt that shows off just the right amount of skin' I silently whispered.
She looks so innocent and deep down I hope she is as intelligent as she looks cause I really want her to be the one to get the position because her aura feels comfy. she sat on the chair in front of my desk and I asked her about her details and profile before starting with the interview questions. I could clearly see how nervous she was but once the interview and questions started she gave me excellent answers to each question, and I must say I'm impressed by her intelligence.
After the questions I told her she was employed and should resume work tomorrow and if she needs further information, she should meet my secretary Daniel who was inviting them into my office, he'll provide her with all necessary details.
She stood up and was about to leave when the files she was holding fell from her hands, causing papers to fly into the air dropping to the floor. I kept watching how she groaned in frustration and annoyance bending down to pick up her documents with shaky hands from being so nervous. I could have helped her out but that squatting position she's in has given me my own problem down there to deal with, yeah you thought right, ' I have a boner'.
She successfully picked her things and hurried sprinted out of my office. Today has really been eventful in all ways, I look forward to seeing how well she can organize herself around me cause I know I have quite an intimidating aura and she seemed attracted to me from how lost her eyes were when they landed on me. I won't lie I'd equally fall for myself cause I have it all, from looks to money to women and everything haha, I'm not bragging though I equally feel that force field of passion between us, so I can't blame her.
Isabella's POV
The interview went pretty well, even better than I expected and yeahhhh I got the job. When I stood up to leave, my shaky hands from being so nervous decided to scatter the documents and papers I was holding. I hurriedly picked everything not minding how scattered everything was in my hands. I could literally feel Mr. Jones' gaze on me so I quickly sprinted out of his office, I feel so embarrassed from making a fool of myself, though I know I answered the interview questions excellently and I feel proud of myself for bagging this job.
With the amount of attraction between us I don't know how working in the JONES ENTERPRISE will be but I promise to hide any bit of attraction I have for Mr. Jones. I can't wait to start work tomorrow so I'll be going to sleep early and hopefully with a smile because I'm finally employed.
