Spent the day at bank. Apparently I did not classify my businesses North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code correctly. When submitting the paperwork online for my business the company got labeled as 'Other' and that triggered some alerts with the security team at the bank.
Today's lesson - Just go in person to the bank when opening any sort of business account.
