I'm delighted to be teaching yoga at PureGym Dundee. You can currently find me there on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm for 45min. Book a space on the PureGym app and then the class is an additional £2, paid to me on the day - I can take cash or contactless!
No previous experience is necessary and we build up poses and sequences as we go. If you are new to yoga this is a great place to start, but there is lots to keep those with more experience interested too.
