Acerca de BE Light Transformative Therapy
sharing holistic wellness tips: breath, body, sound, nervous system.
Hi 👋 I'm Tara Bianca, owner of BE Light Transformative Therapy, sharing holistic wellness tips, mostly via my YouTube channel: BE Light TT.
I have always dreamed of growing BE Light into an online holistic health network, bringing together experts from around the world to share knowledge and foster a community that strives for true wellness.
If you are in a position to support my channel, my growing list of offerings, and my dream, I would be immensely grateful.
HERE ARE ALL THE WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT:
1. You may "buy me a coffee", which is a one-time financial donation of your choosing.
2. You can make an investment in your breathing and/or tuning fork education by purchasing an item from my BE Light Store or from the Shop right here on my Buy Me a Coffee Profile.
3. You can join my Resilience & Regulation Coach App for personalized breath coaching to improve your energy, sleep, recovery, and stress resilience.
Many thanks for any and all support. I look forward to working with you to create a healthy and thriving community.
