I hope you are well and have had a couple of restful weeks, it feels like a long time since we practiced together! Let's fix that with park yoga tonight - I'll be in Kings Park at the Peace of Mind garden at 6pm ready to roll out my mat with you. This will be a 50 minute class (so we can have a chat at the end) focused on opening up our hips, upper back and throat. No props required but of course do bring anything you like to use to make the poses more comfortable. You'll need your own mat and prepare for all the weather (it is Scottish summer after all). All the proceeds for this class will go to Women's Aid Stirling.
You can also practice with me on YouTube with a new 10 minute bedtime class released today (featuring Monty!) - these are stretches you can do right on your bed to release your lower back and calm down for sleep. We'll be back in studio at The Yoga Tree from next Monday at 6pm (doors open 5.45 for anyone who wants to arrive a little early for a chat) continuing our summer series on breath and movement. I'll also be at the Peak covering for Yvonne's somatic class at the end of the month and into August so I look forward to perhaps seeing some of you there.
