I'm really looking forward to practicing with you this week.
On Monday Hour of Calm will focus on grounding and mindfulness. There are a couple of studio places left for this class which will be very gentle and supportive.
Also on Monday look out for a new 15 minute YouTube practice. This is an all-levels yoga class for a full-body stretch, perfect for starting your day gently or winding down after work. You can find it @mind-body-movement on YouTube.
On Saturday, do join me at 10.30am in The Yoga Tree or online for Soma. This will be a 1.5 hour class incorporating yin yoga, slow flow, and journaling, with a theme of moving into spring. You can book this class for £12 in studio, £10 online, £8 students & NHS. Soma will now be a monthly Saturday workshop on the 1st Saturday of the month, exploring how we can flow with the seasons and maintain self-connection and mindful self-care throughout the year.
