A week of grounding practices

A week of grounding practices

Jan 21, 2024

Dear supporters

I hope you are all well and coping with the weather. This point in January can be very tricky, long enough from Christmas to no longer feel rested, but still a way to go to the first real signs of Spring. If you are feeling tired, unwell, low or struggling, know you are not alone and this is very normal.

This week I'm offering three grounding practices to help with mood and weariness. On YouTube tomorrow @mind-body-movement you can find a 25 minute yoga class for tight sore legs (perfect for those of you who work on your feet all day, or for anyone doing a lot of lower body intense workouts). In Hour of Calm we are going to focus on mindfulness - join us in The Yoga Tree for a grounding hatha practice, breathwork, and some gentle mindfulness meditations. We'll end with Yoga Nidra. On Thursday morning at Soma we'll be concentrating on strong foundations, from the feet up. I am offering this class in the studio or online via zoom, and if you can't make it in person you can access the recording instead - there is a new option for this in Buy Me a Coffee.

As always, if I can support you in any other way, please do reach out.
