I started watching ASMR when I was young, back when creators like Heather Feather and ASMRrequests were top ASMR creators. Once I graduated high school, I pursued an art career for a few years. I didn’t make a living from it, although in that time; I created some painting commissions, I showed my work in a local gallery that I was a member of, and I even had a small Etsy shop where I sold my smaller creations. Eventually I moved, and I began focusing my energy on being a mother. But I felt alone, and I wanted a creative outlet to share my ideas. So instead of just watching ASMR, I thought I could also make my own videos. I had always been interested in having my own channel, in fact, I have had a handful of YouTube channels over the years that I would always end up deleting out of embarrassment. ASMR used to be a niche genre, and now it is much more appreciated. I’m so grateful that people will watch my silly role-plays no matter how random they are, and I’m happy that some people even find them relaxing.
