BE PRESENT - Wherever You Are.
You will received specific practices and breathing exercises you can use anywhere during your day.
Feel free to attend all or as many sessions as you are able to join.

* No experience needed, just relax
After you register you will receive an Zoom link after your payment is received and prior to the sessions.
All registrants will receive a recording so if you can't make the sessions, you can watch any time that's convenient for you.
