I build CrumbVMS, a self-hosted, privacy-first video management system for security cameras. It records to a disk you own, gives you a real scrubbable timeline and a multi-camera live wall, and sends nothing to the cloud. It's free and open source under AGPL-3.0, with no paid tier and nothing held back: every feature, every client, no camera limits, supporter or not.

It's a side project, built and maintained by one person on his own time, running at home in production today.
