I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to let you know that Uganda is expected to enter a temporary internet restriction during the election period, which may affect WhatsApp, social media, emails, and normal online communication.
If you send me a message and I don’t reply, please don’t think I’m ignoring you. Some messages may not reach me at all while the restriction is in place.
I truly appreciate every one of you. Once normal internet services are restored, I will respond to all messages.
