IMPORTANT: When "buying me coffee", please do not leave the "name or @social" form in blank, write any name instead. This is to avoid a faulty stripe feature of filling your real name into that space. Buymeacoffee has been noted of this flaw that their page has.
Supporters (with or without buymeacoffee account) can adjust the privacy settings for their donations from their end in case this happens.
Here's how:
Go to https://studio.buymeacoffee.com/my-account/payments/supports
Just sign in using the email address you used for the payment. buymeacoffee will send a login code to that email so you can access your support payment.
Click on the 3 dots beside the donation you wish to make private.
Click on "Make this Private".
