Hello, I go by a pen name Jean Holmes . I’m a Thai independent author who writes speculative fiction that blends science fiction, mystery, cosmic horror, and philosophical themes which I serialised as a web-novel. I’m also a self-taught lifelong learner , currently studying Physics through Arizona State University (ASU) .
I’m raising funds to cover two urgent and essential needs:
Education — ASU Physics Course Credit
I am enrolled in an ASU Physics course, and the course credit payment is due on February 28, 2026 . Physics is not only part of my academic growth—it deeply influences my writing, worldbuilding, and long-term creative goals. Continuing this course allows me to keep building a foundation that bridges science and storytelling.
Equipment — A Reliable Laptop
My current laptop "Dell Inspiron 1420" runs on Windows 8.1 , which is no longer supported by most modern educational software. It also suffers from frequent Blue Screen of Death crashes , often interrupting my studies and writing sessions. Replacing it is necessary for me to continue learning, writing, and developing new skills without constant disruption.
How Your Support Helps
Your contribution will help me:
Pay my ASU Physics course credit
Replace my unstable, unsupported laptop
Continue writing my ongoing web novel and related projects
Begin learning 3D modeling and digital art , expanding my creative skills
Even small donations make a real difference. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign is just as meaningful.

A Personal Note
I grew up without access to formal education and built my path through books, online courses, and persistent curiosity. Writing and learning are not hobbies for me—they are how I survive, think, and move forward.
I don’t take any form of support lightly. If you choose to help, please know that your generosity directly supports independent education, creativity, and the continuation of my work.
