My apartment complex is terrible at answering maintenance tickets. We have had so many issues since we moved in.
Cracked & musty windows, heat staying on when it’s >80F and heat going out when it’s below freezing. This morning the lock on our door seems jammed so we can’t lock/unlock it with our keys.
I am fed up with this. Previously I had noticed that on their brand new sign they have a @gmail email address for the business contact, and after investigating found they don’t have a website, so I made them one….
I bought the domain that matches their business name and created a simple google site and stuck all of their maintenance issues on it. My site is now listed as the official site for the apartments on Google.
