On August 30, we had to take Cooper to the vet 'cause one of his eyes was swollen and grey. After we got his bloodtest back, we saw that his platelets and his hemoglobin are insanely low and he's severely anemic because of his Erlichia and he needed a blood transfusion.
We managed to buy a blood bag for him, and got his labs, and medications for two weeks taken cared of but we had to go into debt for it and overall, it costed ~$800 and that's a lot of money especially if you're in the Philippines and we're already struggling because of previous debt and our other dog also being on medication due to her kidneys.
