Letting the guilt go, as easy as it can get

Sep 16, 2024

Ready to finally kick guilt to the curb?

Whether it’s a tiny nagging voice or a heavy weight on your shoulders, guilt can drag you down—but not anymore! 💥

In this creative and liberating exercise "Letting the guilt go", you’ll:

  • Revisit the source of your guilt (don’t worry, it’s just a quick trip!) and shape it into something real with clay, Play-Doh, or whatever medium you love.

  • Give your guilt a face—or even better, an ugly blob—so you can see what’s been holding you back.

  • Then, the best part: destroy it! Crush it, squash it, break it down into tiny pieces, and say goodbye to that guilt once and for all. 🧹✨

It’s time to let go of what’s weighing you down and make room for freedom and lightness. After all, you’ve got better things to do than carry guilt around!

For this exercise, you'll need a type of modeling material, such as clay, play-doh, or plasticine, and a few simple tools to help shape and mold it. These tools could be anything from sculpting tools to household items like a spoon, toothpick, or a small knife—whatever helps you bring your creation to life.

Feeling ready to let it go? Download the guide, follow the instructions, and start smashing that guilt today! 💥

Hop on a video call with me, and I’ll guide you through an art therapy exercise to connect with your subconscious and find answers to the questions that are bothering you.
