Apoya a Arts First Podcast

We developed this podcast series in association with the Academy of Ideas because we want to explore what is unique and special about the arts - and to challenge the contemporary view of them as mere tools for social change.

And - not to put too fine a point on it - we aim to highlight the various ways in which freedom of expression is being compromised by political activism and institutional cowardice. We also want to celebrate, wherever we can, new artistic achievement and courage in the face of today’s challenges.
