Mount Srbasar / Սրբասար (Part 1), Tavush Region, Armenia (Project "JiJiLaKoloL")

Mount Srbasar is located in Tavush region, about 20 km away from the town of Noyemberyan . The mountain is considered a sanctuary for the local people -hence the name. There are also traditional Armenian khachkars and gravestones. Many local people used to bury their relatives here. Some of the gravestones have been preserved, some have partially passed under the ground or damaged.
