free guides that teach architecture students how to design
Architecture school teaches you to present long before it teaches you to design. The drawings look great — but getting to a good idea in the first place still feels like guesswork.
ArchStudent.com is the resource I wish I'd had: the design process step by step, standards and dimensions, building codes for 41 countries, software tutorials, and a directory of 270 architecture schools across 73 countries.
Free. No ads, no paywalls, no account.
It runs out of pocket — my time, plus hosting and the domain. No business model, no investors, no pressure to turn students into a product.
A contribution covers exactly that. It unlocks nothing — that's the point.
Everything is free at archstudent.com
