Spiritual Wisdom of The Seven Chakras and Colors of the Soul - Know Thyself- Nurture the Narrative Inner Development Session 2025

Join us as we travel through the colorful inner world of the seven sacred

chakras. We will re-enliven our relationships with ourselves and others,

rediscovering new ways to tap into our power centers and transform. The

colors in our energetic bodies unite our physical and spiritual essence,

bringing us into wholeness.

Participate in the series by selecting individual sessions or the complete seven. In this seven part series, our purpose will be to create a space, one chakra at atime for spiritual unfolding using creative measures to tap into our fullest

potential. Each of the seven classes is designed to stand alone, and forms part

of the tapestry of the entire series. Through artistic and social experiences of

color, embodiment practices, biography and conversation, watercolor

painting and meditation we will ignite the vibrations for love and healing.

● 1st Chakra - root chakra Red - late August Sat 23rd- New Moon 2am

● 2nd Chakra Sacral Chakra early September, Saturday 6th - one day

before lunar eclipse - Full Moon in Aquarius, Sun in Leo - Sunday is

lunar eclipse

● 3rd Chakra Solar Plexus Chakra mid September, Saturday 20th -

one day before solar eclipse, Sun and Moon in Virgo

● 4th Chakra Heart Chakra early October 18th- Sun and Moon are in

Virgo- 4 days before the New Moon

● 5th Chakra Throat Chakra early November 8th - Sun in Libra and

Moon in Gemini - 3 days after Full Moon

● 6th Chakra Third Eye Chakra eye/brow mid November 22nd - Sun in

Scorpio and sun in sagittarius and mercury trines saturn and jupiter-

17th there is a conjunction of jupiter and saturn

● 7th Chakra Crown Chakra early december 6th of december -moon

in scorpio and sun in gemini- mercury trines jupiter- jupiter now in

retrograde

Your Facilitators

Lynn (she/her) is a native Washingtonian, wife, and

mother of two teenagers and the proud descendant of

enslaved people. She is the co-founder of the AntiRacist

Table and is a devotee to the mystery, awe, and wonder

of life. She is a life-long learner and explorer, allowing

each moment to be her greatest teacher.

As a master teacher of Waldorf Early Childhood

Educator, teacher trainer and mentor for over 15 years,

Lynn is committed to supporting and facilitating

experiences that accompany individuals and groups in the exploration of

human becoming, pulling back veils of illusion, and moving with intent and

warmth of heart towards truth. She is an avid student of ancient teachings

and mysticism, plant medicine and tarot.

She has facilitated Biography workshops for individuals and groups and

continues to expand this work with in-person and online offerings.

In this chakra series, Lynn will guide us in developing a relationship to

reconnect with the seven chakras – our internal rainbow bridge – to see the

divine, to see your energetic body, to make the invisible visible through

exploration with artistic mediums, journaling, triptacons, looking at memories

experiences, and guided meditations.

Martha

(she/her), an Artist, Educator and Astrologer, holds

Bachelor and Master degrees in Fine Arts. She was

educated in Consciousness Studies and Biodynamics

with Dennis Klocek, and is a trained Waldorf teacher. She

studied directly with Master Artist Liane Collot d’Herbois

in The Netherlands in Light, Darkness and Color in

Painting Therapy, receiving her diploma from the

Medical Section, First Class School of Spiritual Science,

Goetheanum, Switzerland. Martha is the first person in the USA to hold

this distinction.

Martha is a member of Emergency Pedagogy Without Borders Team

USA for Trauma Intervention, working with children and adults in private

practice and in Waldorf, Steiner and Camphill communities. As a

Visionary Artist she creates Star Chart Talismans using astrology,

drawing, painting, weaving, photography, and printmaking to make

one-of-a-kind artworks, exhibiting her work internationally. Martha has a

published chapter in Elder Flowering: Lived Experiences of Growing

Older. She has written a soon-to-published book, In Deepening Silence,

on the Spiritual Aspects of Color, Light and Darkness.

As an artist and painting therapist with over 35 years experience, I’m bringing

the spiritual aspects of color as it relates to nature and the chakras in the

human being. For example ... in the beginning ... We are born through the

color Magenta, which represents the mother, the processes of mothering and

the newborn child. Through Magenta we are learning how to mother and

nurture ourselves. Participating in watercolor, biography, and meditation

exercises, we are healing trauma through compassion and love. Discovering

and experiencing the healing colors, we are developing supersensible organs

of perception, enhancing our inner knowing, strengthening our ability to

connect with the Spiritual World.

Mercedes

(she/her) Mercedes is a pioneer of educating children through

the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. She is a trained and

experienced Waldorf teacher specializing in world languages

and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language Arts.

Her love of language and poetry is found in her countless

diaries where she has written and researched answers about

her lineage. She is a second generation immigrant from the

Dominican Republic living in the United States where she has

studied and lived most of her life.

After many years of learning and healing through the arts, Mercedes

embarked on a journey of self discovery in 2012 seeking to learn more in

reclaiming her ancestral roots. She travelled to remote places in Peru,

Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Spain. During her travels, she

reconnected with a deep desire to bring healing to the world through art and

education.

Her experiences in healing through her personal yoga practices led her to the

jungles of Costa Rica where she learned a multidimensional style of teaching.

Her mission is to bring healing to others through restorative methods. She

offers classes in yin/restore yoga and classical Pathanjali. Mercedes offers

energy healing through reiki, aura readings, and ancient shamanic practices

to deliver transformational experiences.

Mercedes will bring over 30 years of working with the energy centers. She has

been a long time follower of medical intuitive, Carolyn Myss, and the work of

Norman Sheely. In this series, Mercedes will guide us through the seven

energy centers, one chakra at a time using guided meditations, prayers and

declarations, along with movement and sound, to assist us in coming into

greater balance and wholeness.
