Car numbers, Credit cards and Russian Unsafe Security

It's a small note about a one of oddities of russian people and i named it like a "Russian Unsafe Security"
I think you will share my opinion that is so funny oddity.

Have you ever seen how russian people behave yourselves when you accidentally got their car number on your photo?
For example, you are taking a photo of city road and you definitely can't remove all the cars from this road (of course, if you are Hulk from Marvel comix, you can do it, but i am not a Hulk)

One day my father had a ride to a nearby city for a business meeting. I with my mother took part in this ride, because we wanted to have some shopping while my father will working.
We had been riding about few hours when we suddenly got an unplanned stop. Why? There is a crossing roads on half-way to the nearby city where a military patrol is periodically blocking the main road which connects our cities. And there are no exact days of these periodical blockings.
We had a bad luck - the road was closed before we drove this problem point.
Usually it means that you have a few hours of free time for doing many useful things, until the military patrol opens the main road to ride.
Okay, what useful I can do while we all waiting? Oh, there are many trees around the main road - birch, spruce, pine and others. I need to take few photos of them!

I am taking out my phone and starting a small photosession of trees near the road. But suddenly a man from the car next to me leaving his car and going to me with very worried face.
- Hello! Are you taking photos now?
- Hello! Yes, i like trees and i am taking photos of them
- Is there my car number on your photos?
- Hmmm... I think there is no you car number on my photos
- Okay, show me your photos!
- I don't want to do this, it's my phone and my photos. What is wrong?
- I need to make sure there is no my car number on your photos!
- Okay, i will do it, but tell me, why do you need it?
- It's unsafe when anyone is taking photos of my car number
- But what is unsafe, man? Anyone can take a photo of your car! For example, when you sleep. Or when a photographer gets the photo of street road where you get a ride.
- I don't know, just show me your photos, it's safer for me

I show him my photos of trees (without his car number on them), put my phone in my pocked and, fully of shock, watch on green trees again.
Wow. I don't know why, but it's safer! Good logic, man!

Many russian people think that it is unsafe when anyone accidentally takes their car number on photo.

You can think the reason of that is a banal unknowing what is unsafe - that is why people afraid everything around.
Oh, just read my next note and you will understand that it is a lie :)

It is an ordinary evening in ordinary grocery store. People are walking with grocery trolleys and choosing goods for dinner.

- But i can't pay for them, i forgot my bank card at home
- You are stupid man! Okay, just take my bank card, where we keep all savings of our family
- But i don't know the PIN code from your card!
- It's a one-two-three-four
- What? I did not hear, say more louder!
- ONE-TWO-THREE-FOUR, IDIOT!
- IS IT ONE-TWO-THREE-FOUR?
- YES!!
- DO WE KEEP ALL OUR SAVINGS ON THIS CARD?
- YES!
- Okay, i will buy all goods
The husband puts wife's bank card inside his pocket without any zip or clasp and goes to goods racks.
All the visitors of store heard PIN-code from this card. And all the visitors of store heard that this card has a good balance to spend it. The card is in the husband's pocket without a zip
There is an ATM in the store. And there are more than 10 ATMs around the store.

Wow! What can go wrong? I think everything is okay!
But be sure, my dear reader, if this man sees that someone accidentally took his car number on photo - he will immediately panic.
Because the car number on photo is more unsafe then walking with bank card which PIN-code knows everyone around you.
The car number - it's a very seriously thing.
