Born in Red Deer, Andrew is a Humber College graduate with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Andrew plays the Berglund NuEVI, an experimental electronic instrument that is highly expressive. He is in demand as a soloist and accompanist, while being highly regarded as a band leader, community builder, music producer, music promoter, music educator and virtuosic improviser.

He is currently filming and producing a TV series for Telus STORYHIVE about live jazz music in Red Deer, that will be released later in 2025.
