Patience is my weakness and my strength. All month I’ve been wanting to sit down and write, after a month of re-committing to my essence. This month has flown by and it’s like I’ve known and not known at the same time. There usually comes a point where I’m like, this is the conversation that has to be had right now. And I kept waiting for it this month. I’ve had a lot of conversations around reiki and human design. A lot of conceptualizing motherhood and growth. And still, nothing that made me go, ah ha, let me tell you about this right here. Truth be told is I’m still waiting.

Cards of the Month
June is The Waiting Game (2)
It started this month. We shifted from Spring to Summer, and a timer started. There is an hourglass that is slowly dripping sand and with it weaving a tree of life, setting roots down deeper with every grain of sand. Cycles are continuously flowing while this structure stands in the center.
What is the structure that you have set up? Are you walking in that path, or are you just winging it day to day? What is working for you as you wait for life to give you your wildest dreams and hopes?
Pause.
As I started typing here I received flashbacks and reflections of this month and remembered that June marks the middle of the calendar year, and yet we’re only 3 months into the astrological year. Some fiscal years are ending, which means others are commencing. The political climate continues to heat up. And we’re called to reflect and readjust to what we actually are calling into our experience. What is the story that you will continue to tell, and what have you tried and failed at? If there haven’t been any mistakes, are you actually living?
In order to remind myself of this year I looked at the overall 2025 reading and realized…there’s a lot of themes of partnership, spirituality, decisions, and patience this year. When I saw that the month of July, we have “patience and planning”, only then to be accompanied by “choose wisely” in August. Sometimes having patience is being assured of a satisfactory ending or beginning up ahead. I want you to see the bigger picture, and create the beauty that you desire for you.
In the annual reading we have 4 7 cards, 3 9 cards, 2 2 cards, 1 3 card, 1 6 card and 1 1 card.

The month of June we had the Waiting Game(2). It is a violet border card, which signifies spirit in this deck. This card was preceded by the other 2 for this year which was Spiritual Union, and is followed by 7-Patience & Planning.
It feels very important to set the overall context before we can grasp and understand what it might mean for us individually, that this is the collective energy that we are in. Is it a collective holding of our breaths as we go into planning and holding ourselves steady so that when the decisions are upon us, we can be assured that we will reach the inner harmony that will allow the success to bloom? There’s a lot of beauty that awaits us as a whole, if you can let it.
2025 = 9
The annual reading message is to set a spiritual foundation. A partnership with the divine, whatever that may mean to you, is of the utmost importance.

July is Patience and Planning (7).

This card shows four different seasons and two pillars holding steady with the passing of time. The two pillars in this card remind me of the two lines of the hourglass from the previous card.
July as the 7th month, and us having a #7 cards seems like a beautiful symphony and call out to respect the divine that we all hold inside of us. I won’t go back in this instance, but I think I mentioned that everything you are in a relationship with, will be up for evaluation this year. Did I say that already? The book phrased it beautifully, so there’s not much I have to add, except that I found it important to look at the overall year, and I’ve spent much of June wondering what’s next for me? It feels comforting to see that we are all in a shift, and all being called in to ourselves.
And to mention, it is never too late to develop a practice of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, prayer, journaling, joining a community of seekers, learning reiki, doing something in the name of you.
