So I'm sure this creative platform is familiar to some people, but for those who aren't, I'll share what it is and what I'll use it for.
This platform is similar to Patreon, in that a creator can share public posts that don't require subscribing in addition to memberships that people can subscribe to specific tiers in order to access exclusive content.
Currently, my page uses public posts for writing updates and announcements, almost like a journal. There are also 2 memberships: patron and regular varying from $3/mo to $5/mo
But what makes this platform more unique is the ability to share one-time support, like creator tipping, which seems like a great way to show appreciation for creative work without the onus of membership.
Besides the financial side of things, which I completely understand if that isn't feasible money is tight for all of us. There will be plenty of public content. I really just wanted a place where I could talk about the writing process of this book and in general. And this place feels like a nice safe corner of the internet to do that.
That's all for now.
Meet you between the moonbeams and batwings, reader.
