My name is Alice which is my choosen nickname since I was 16 and my role play character was named Alice Mindel (amazon class). So when I became a cosplayer I kept it and more people call me this way than my irl & this is something I myself choosen βΊοΈ
I became a cosolayer in 2012,my first proper cosplay was Juliet starling from lollipop chainsaw. Majority of my cosplays are handmade with props. However due to moving to UK and living in small places I'm always unable to make giant armour cosplays even tho one of my dream is Anya Stroud from Gears of war.
I love all the characters I cosplay, I feel a connection to them on an emotional level. This hobby brings me joy, creativity and growth. I learned to work with different materials, fabrics, glues, paints, wig styling, makeup and much more which includes self photography and basic editing. I love that I can express myself and my love towards these characters in a unique way & meet new friends online.
Whatever I cosplayed from, I'm pretty passionate and always open to chat about but beware I am an ultra hyped person who can write a lot. π
Some of my cosplays are bought due to time shortage of adult life, sometimes a cosplay can look amazing too but most of the time I also need to work to altering them a bit to fit me better. I also take my time with makeup and photos so my creativity can show in a way if I didn't make the costume itself βΊοΈ
I'm also a gamer and I started with yellow cassettes and than commodore 64 which I miss to this day. I own ps4 & an xbox 360 rn. Beside it I collect figurines, have a nice army of sexy girls plus playing with resin nowadays.
But lastly I watch loads of anime, netflix and sometimes reading manga (Gleipnir, Berserk or on webtoon lore olympus & true beauty). I don't have a single chategory of what genre I love as I love everything π
