On the first LIVE session we gathered topics to cover. For that we have used the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel - a great way to spot areas in which we want to deepen our knowledge.
Those are the areas we worked on from the wheel:
Agile/Lean Practitioner - you understand Agile and Lean mindsets. For our session needs, I included here all the technical skills like Product Management, Software Development skills that you might need to best do your job
Serving - serving the business and serving the team - whether you are an Agile Coach, a Product Lead or Engineering Lead you are serving both and need to develop capacities to do so. Values like Servant leadership, leading by example, but also skills to build a team, set objectives, foster collaboration, understand the customers' needs are highly valued.
Coaching - just as above, in any role you will need to be able to coach the team and the individuals.
Facilitating - facilitation skills can serve as a means to all the above goals. You might need to facilitate some sessions to help the teams and leaders collaborate and get to a decision.
Guiding Learning - the tech environment changes quickly and we are there to help the teams to learn and grow.
Advising - as opposed to coaching in advising you are in the expert stance, you can guide and advise your client, team, company on the next steps to take to reach their goals.
Leading - stands with serving and goes beyond, to be a great leader you are a visionary, you motivate and inspire people, you set examples and lead for growth
Transforming - this is a tricky one, transformation means change. Here we foster collaboration on change management, help people go through change and adapt the "new". That goes with organizational design, helping restructuring of companies to help them scale, de-scale or adapt to new reality.
To all those areas we added stickies with topics that we want to deepen our knowledge about.

P.S. We will also have to squeeze in a session on Agile2024 post-conference coolest sessions, impressions, learning, interesting topics, etc. - Let me know in the comments if you want to use the 14th session for that or you prefer to keep the schedule!
