Renia Kukielka Polish Resistance
Fighting against Nazi occupation of Poland she was a member of Freedom Couriers, a group that smuggled food, medicine and weapons into the Ghettos. Captured by the Nazis, she escaped and fled the country, later publishing a memoir of her experiences.
